Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta.

You can place an order on the website or by sending a request to Instagram Direct/Telegram.

Delivery time - 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation and subject to availability.

We work on a 100% prepayment basis to the sole proprietor's account.

If the goods are made to order, a partial prepayment (for example, 50%) is possible when placing an order, and the remaining amount is paid before shipment.

Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.

The cost of delivery is formed by the carrier company in accordance with its tariffs and is paid by the customer upon receipt of the parcel at a Nova Poshta branch.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday until 18:00. After sending, you will receive an SMS or a message with the TTN number from Nova Poshta.

Note: The storage period for parcels at Nova Poshta is 7 days, after which they are automatically returned to the sender.

International delivery

International delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta Global or Meest to most countries of the world (except Russia and Belarus).

Delivery time is up to 16 days.

The cost of delivery depends on the carrier's tariffs, country, region, weight, dimensions, and the chosen delivery method.

The exact amount will be calculated after placing the order.

Important: your country may charge VAT or customs duties, and these costs are paid by the customer upon receipt. The amount depends on the laws of your country and customs. Usually it is a % of the order value.

If necessary, you can exchange or return the goods purchased in the Maribella online store within 14 days from the date of purchase.
