Terms and conditions for exchange and return of goods
If necessary, you can exchange or return goods purchased from the MARIBELLA online store within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To arrange an exchange or return, please notify our manager in a way that is convenient for you — via Instagram Direct or Telegram.
Exchanges or returns are possible provided that: • the item has not been used • the item is in good condition • all tags and labels are intact • there are no signs of wear, stains, or foreign odors
Please note that shipping costs for exchanges or returns are paid by the buyer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on the part of the online store.
How to make a return
Contact our manager on Instagram Direct or Telegram to inform them of your intention to exchange or return the item. Fill out the online return form, indicating the reason for the return and the details for the refund. Send the item via Nova Poshta using the details provided in the return form. Upon receipt of the goods, our managers will check their condition. If the return conditions are met, the funds will be transferred to the customer's bank card or account from which the payment was made. Refunds are made within 7 business days from the date of receipt and inspection of the goods. We always try to process returns as quickly as possible.
Important points: • If the product does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to send it back to the customer. • If the product does not fit in terms of size, color, style, or material, the online store is not responsible, and the buyer pays the shipping costs. • Returns must be made on behalf of the recipient of the order. If the return is being made by another person, please notify our manager in advance.
